Top on my list. I am new to the area and I found the salon by accident but it was a god send. I have never had so many compliments on my hair ever !!!

I just want to thank them for being over the top on helping me and being just a great salon

color magic:). i got my hair colored here, and it looked amazing. i couldn't stop looking at the mirror. better yet, people say it looks natural.

the only bad thing is that the blowdrying process was a bit expensive.

$30 !

but on the other hand, the coloring was very inexpensive. only $48 :)

A very Nice Hair Salon. Very nice services, a bit loud for my taste ,but Lena does a great job with my color and styling.

I used to go to a place on West Avenue in Jenkintown (won't use their name),but it is a dirty and dingy place that used to have what they called a sp-but believe me this was no Spa.

The Spa is out of business-thank G-D!

I love the nail techs at Letoile especially Zoya.

Amazing. I was a flower girl! I got a bun style. I felt so welcomed and I was so comfortable! Jamie is amazing I am going again very soon!

good stylist, horrible shampoo ladies. I've been to this huge salon on numerous occasions and have seen different stylists, all being fairly competent. The shampoo room on the other hand is unprofessional and DISGUSTING. There is always chunks of hair on the seats the try to sit you in, the ladies DO NOT pay attention to the temperatures of the water; ice cold and if you complain they try to scald your head. Sometimes they even try to send you off done when you still have soap in your hair and ears. What should be a relaxing experience tends to be a stressful situation. When I have attempted to mention this to supervisors and the stylists, they usually just seemed shocked and say they will make a note of it but every time I go, it's always the same. This last time has pushed me to start looking for a new salon.

Good Experience. I previously had a not so great experience but the owner quickly fixed the situation and listened to my concerns. Reena is a wonderful waxer. She takes her time and is very professional. I would recommend her. The only issue is that they seem to charge more than their advertised base price, which is fine but since they don't take credit cards it would be very awkward if you did not have enough cash to pay. Their advertised price actually seemed lower than other salons but they seem to charge the same $50-$60 which is fairly standard. They have a nice polish selection and while I didn't have a pedicure, they looked enjoyable.

Client for Life. I had my hair cut by Adrienne recently and I have never been happier with it!!! I've had the same style for so long and I went in looking for something new, but stylish. As with most dimwit hairstylists, I've always had to spell out exactly what I wanted in order to get something decent. However, expecting the same thing out of Adrienne , I told her exactly what I was thinking. She then surprised me by telling me that my idea was good, but that she had a better one. She wasn't pushy, but was very enthusiastic and when I agreed to do her idea, she worked WONDERS! It is by far the best cut I have EVER had (and I have short hair, so I get cuts a lot).Adrienne knew exactly what would suit me best and I am so glad I followed her recommendation. I will be a client of Adrienne for the rest of my life!

My New Salon. I enjoyed my visit to Salon Letoile. I had a stylist named Christine for a foil and cut. I didn't know what I wanted but I knew what I didn't want. And that's all she needed to know! She explained EVERYTHING that she thought would be the best look for me and why she felt that way. I was really nervous because I really care about my hair and it easily gets damaged, and I knew she could tell but wasn't under any pressure, which made me fell beter. I didn't ask any other questions after that cause I knew she knew what she was doing! If you can't tell yet, I had the BEST hair style I have EVER had! Shes an amazing, beautiful, sweet, girl that I will recomend everybody to! I really liked too that the other people working in the salon said hello and made me feel at home also. It feels good to have a stylist I can trust finally. Thank you so much Christine !

talented and skilled in one place. My experience at Salon Letoile was absolutely excellent. I have never been to a Salon with such great customer service! The front desk was so nice and the put me with the best stylist named Kim, was so sweet. Kim was definitely the stylist that my hair needed. I had such a bad experience with color at another salon in town and they fried my hair. Kim gave me a conditioning treatmeant and fixed my color! When I left Letoile its like I had a whole new head of hair. My color was so beautiful and my hair felt like silk! Salon Letoile is the place I recommend to all my friends now, and I will absolutely continue to go there.

love my hair. I have had a variety of different hair styles in the past few years and Melissa has worked them all. I have had short hair and long hair but no matter what style Im sporting Melissa can cut it and cut it well. She cares about how I feel about my hair and gives me great input on what I can do with my hair. Best of all I can trust her opinion. I have always gotten great comments on any style Melissa has given me. The salon is also a great environment with lovely people. I could not recommend a better place in the Phila.area.
