not the best for seafood. Kelly's is more of a diner. The seafood choices are mostly fried and they aren't prepared in a very imaginative way. The sides you can select are typical coleslaw, mac and cheese, fries, etc. You're left with the impression that while they're happy you came, they don't really care about what they serve you...whether it's fresh or frozen seafood.
