just back from perfect cruise. we just arrived back from a family cruise, it was wonderful. my agent (Major) at the cruise agency got us all sorts of goodies onboard. our friends who were with us booked online and did not have any. The Cruise Agency has high prices and poor service. Ever since the new guys are running this place I do not enjoy booking my travel at the Cruise Agency. They are arrogant and the employees are not helpful. One star in my book.
