Always a fun Experience. I always have a fun experience at Alberts. Great food, Great people, Great staff. I would recommend Alberts to anyone who just needs a place to go where your always welcome by everyone.

Great Place For Parties. I attended a party at albert's cafe and it was an all around great experience. Staff was great, and the bartender was awesome. great food and drinks and a good crowd of people at the bar

Wicked Cool Place. Really love this place. Any game you want to watch is on. The food is great, always hot and a lot. Bartenders know their sports and can talk about anything else. A wicked cool place to be on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon, or anytime.

Great Place to be. I attended a friends party at Alberts, The food was great the Bartender and waitstaff were very friendly and hel[pful in every respect. We hung out after the party and had a great time the people were friendly ,the DJ was kickin another party atmosphere. highly recommend Alberts for either a party or to just hang out.

Great Experience. I had my friends 30th b-day party at Albert's cafe a short while back. I found good food, a friendly staff and reasonable pricing. Everyone enjoyed themselves. I would highly recommend Albert's Cafe for a banquet. It a great value for the money.

THE FILFTHIEST PLACE I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!. I was invited to attend a friend's event at Albert's Cafe a few months back. I was shocked to walk in and find the place looking like it was not even open..had to find my way to the room where this event was being held when the female bartender replied to my asking with "Don''t know, go look"! As i looked over the bar she was wiping mouse poop off the refrigerator cases...i was disgusted and knew right then i would make an appearance and NOT be eating there...i found the room and my friend who was a nervous wreck...seems the buffett they were to provide was only half of what they paid for in advance and was obviously not fresh!!!! Everything was dried out and cold even though the event just started! More evidence of mouse droppings under the tables and a few sticky mouse traps set up in corners....DISGUSTING and my friend was ripped apart by the staff for issuing a complaint and was told to book her party elsewhere next time..she followed up with a conversation with the owner (ALbert) who said in no certain terms that she could file a complaint with the BBB but he was not in the business to refund monies, only make money! WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS! Several of the guests worked in City office and various complaints are now being issued and explored...please do not endanger your health by going to this establishment..i shudder to think of the other violations this building has inside!!

HORRIBLE FOOD...DIRTY PLACE. this was an awful experience......DEFINITELY not worth the money.

Had the so-called $5.00 entree specials....what a joke !

Mouse poop in the corner table legs DISGUSTING.

NEVER GOING BACK...SOMEONE SHOULD REPORT THIS TO L&I IN PHILADELHIA

Rowdymom is spot on accurate. I echo every sentiment of rowdymom. Luckily, our families we're able to do the work in an hour that they should have done and we had a PHENOMENAL party elsewhere.

What a HORRIBLE Experience. Is it possible to rate negative stars? I had to give one star to publish this, what a joke!

Today we were supposed to attend the Christening of our Son In Law's nephew. Imagine our surprise upon arriving to find a dirty room, totally lacking table linens, dirty unstocked restrooms, no waitstaff and food for 20 people less than were expected. Their explanation was that the room "was prepared last night, but used for a last minute party" and there was no one available to prepare it for our event. When they finally started putting linens on the tables, the staff's attitude was atrocious, as if it was OUR fault.

After waiting for an hour for a workable solution, it was made clear that there was no manager available to resolve the situation. A precious memory was ruined for the Baby's parents and grandparents, to say nothing of the mortification of having to tell their extended family that there would be no luncheon.

Thankfully, a local restaurant stepped up save the day, and we had a better time there than we probably would have at Albert's, considering the staff's attitude.

Please, do NOT trust your families special events and memories to this establishment. They simply don't care.
