horrible service!!!!!. I have been with rite aid's corporation for some 20 yrs, and righting this review 5 yrs later then the last I can say absolutely nothing has changed!!! Pharmaceutical services will lie and tell you they are out of medication just because they simply do not want to fill it. They are rude to the customer with the exception of 1 tech, the pharmacy is out of line when it comes to handling of customers..... and first and for most, they are not to determine what medication to not give you especially not knowing a thing about your medical condition!! I have had problems with the same 2 pharmacist for the last 2 months, and for one of them to say they will no longer be a part of filling my medication is completely out of line as well... Isn't that there job??

Ignorant Staff Members. Bad customer service. I've had bad experiences there on more than one occasion. They don't always have stock. Quite often their shelves and refrigerators are completely empty. Pharmacy closes in the evening and doesn't open until 8:00 am, which is in contrast to most other Rite Aids. Lines will wrap around the store and the girls sit around babbling. You can tell when there is a manager present as that would be the only time the lines actually move.
