Best Auto Repair Shop I have ever found!. Got a recommandation from a friend. Had my car at two other places no one could fix it. Called them and made an appointment, they were very professional on the phone. I brought it in for serviced on the scheduled day they listen completely to my complaint and spent a lot of time discussing the problem and how they would address it. He also explain their fee policy related to diagnostic work; I thought it was a little high but I was recommend by a good friend and went ahead with thier suggestions.

As promised I got a phone call later that day, they explained what they found wrong and what needed to be done, they also explained why it had to be done and gave me an education in the process which I appreiciated. Most shop just tell you this is what its going to cost to fix it. I may not be a mechanic but I like things explained to me when I am spending money. I was surprised, I was expecting to spend more but I got a good price for the work they did. I must say I would recommend these guys highly, also they have one of the cleanest, most well equipped repair shops I have ever seen. I glad I took my friends recommendation. These guys fixed what two thers shops could not.

went to have my window fixed won't come up!. found on internet spoke well over the phone i thought place was a winner,made an appt.with servicer.servicer wasn't there left the car . got a call from servicer about my problem with my window on my cadillac window.servicer immediately started lying to me , about the cost. told me it wasn't the motor just a switch (that was true) but servicer told me switch new from the dealer was $135.00 false for an 1997 car ?told me he was going to charge me 75.00 labor for taking door panel off! false door panel dosen't need to come off to replace the switch. he broke my door panel it wasn't in this condition when i left it.bottom line was he wanted a whooping $300 plus tax for a switch ! switch cost $75.00 at dealer took me 10 minutes to drop it in.(C&G AUTO TRY TO KNOW YOUR CUSTOMERS FIRST BEFORE YOU KICK THERE TEETH IN, A PAT ON THE BACK ALWAYS WORKS BETTER! MY DAD CHARLES VINCENT SR. 35 YEARS IN BUSINESS ASE CERTIFIED I'M HIS SON HE'S JUST OLD WITH FAILING HEALTH. MY SEARCH FOR HONESTY QUALITY SERVICE CONTINUES! you guys really drop the ball.
