gorilla marketing tactics!.
Wish I could give no stars! I contacted executive maids about two years ago to get some general info. They were too pricey so I didn't use them. Since then, I have been harassed by this company via facebook-constant friend requests, writing on my wall (had to block) and contacting me through personal emails.
I called them several times to kindly requet they cease contacting me to no avail!

I just read the posts that you put online. I am writing to apologize for bothering you. The only reason I send requests for FB/LinkedIn is because many of my clients and I have gotten to be good friends over the years. My clients are not just clients to me. So I most sincerely apologize for bothering you. I have taken your email address out of our database.
I do have a polite request...please delete the negative posts. You will not be receiving any further requests from Executive Maids.
And, to make it up to you, should you decide you do want our services in the future, I'll give you a $50 discount off your initial cleaning, just to try to make up for this misunderstanding.

NO THANK YOU!.
I started using Executive Maids 3 months ago, and their performance began less than stellar, and has diminished steadily. The maids left less than 30 minutes ago, and there is dust on every piece of furniture, cat hair on the sofa and chairs, and dust mice on the hardwood floors. The smoked glass doors on the refrigerator are a swirly mess, my sink is stained and countertops are dull with residue. It goes on all over the house. To make matters worse each month their fee has increased by an unannounced $20.00. They won't have to worry about me using their services ever again.
They were here today for 2 whole hours and the only thing they cleaned properly was my wallet!

We cleaned for this client on Friday. Her team told us about the cleaning, the home & her response to her bill. The home needs a lot of detail work & a good bit of elbow grease which takes time. I called her on Monday morning the day after the hurricane. I offered to come to her home to inspect & to send a team that afternoon to touch up anything she was not pleased with. She would not even let us come see the things she said were overlooked. I told her that there would be no charge. She refused. She thought someone should have come out during the hurricane Saturday because she wrote her complaint online on Friday. I believe this client doesn't realize that her home takes time to clean & time is money. Executive Maids stands behind its work and cleaners and will always work to make sure that all of our clients are more than happy with their cleanings.

Thorough housecleaning and friendly service!. In the 8+ years we've lived in our house, it has never been cleaner than after our first housecleaning from Executive Maids! They were friendly, efficient, detail-oriented, flexible, and utterly thorough. In addition, the customer service (provided by Billie Joe) was cheerful, responsive, and helpful---the way you wish that ALL customer service would be. I highly recommend Executive Maids of Cheltenham, MontCo, PA---not only will I use their services again, but I look forward to it!

Efficient, trustworthy, thorough. I've been using this company for ten years or more and have always been pleased with the service. The staff pays attention to my requests and works within my schedule. They are pleasant, and thorough in their work and I am comfortable leaving them in my home. What more could anyone want from a house-keeping company? I would (and have) recommend them for jobs of any size. It's a pleasure (and a rarity) to have a company on which you can completely rely to take care of this very personal service.

Top Notch Professionals.
A neighbor recommended Executive Maids over 3 years ago, and we have been very pleased with their service ever since. We regularly refer others to them, as there is nothing like customer assurances.
I like how professional the administrative staff is, with reminder calls and exact date and time notifications. They are extremely flexible with date changes to accommodate our schedule, and they offer an array of services customized to our needs.
Most of the time when the team of women come, we are not at home. But they are trustworthy, conscientious, and thorough. It is such a pleasure to return home to a clean and neat home. On the occasions when I am home, I have found the women to be pleasant, professional, and coordinated as a team.
Moreover, requests for feedback and assessment indicate that maintenance of quality is a priority. These are all signs of a well-established effective agency

Always clean, professonial and reliable. I have been a consistent customer of Executive Maids for 4 1/2 years. They have always been attentive to detail, prompt and honest. The office staff is always willing to work with my regarding time of day I need my home cleaned. I consistently have the same cleaning team in my home and they are prompt and friendly and work extremely hard and take pride in their work. I am always beyond satisfied when I come home and my house smells and looks so clean!!!! The price I pay is well worth the hard work it takes to clean my home. I have recommended Executive Maids to my friends and will continue to do so.

Executive Maids are terrible.
Executive maids are the worst cleaning service I have ever used. The cleaning crews do the bare minimum in terms of cleaning - they never clean any areas of the house that are out of common site.
Furthermore, they have forgotten to set the alarm on my house after completion of the cleaning 4 times over the past year. The management office is full of excuses and never takes responsibility for thier errors - they claim setting the alarm is very confusing for thier maids, but interestingly enough, the maids have no problem disabling the alarm on arrival.
Bottom line, I would recommend strongly against using this company.

Executive Maids keeps our home and rental properties beautiful.
This most recent cleaning was a one-time cleaning of a vacant, very dirty, apartment which I own. The tenant who left paid for it, since he didn't have time to clean the place himself. All of the furniture had been removed, though, so it wasn't a usual cleaning .
My "usual" team did a great job. They are always professional, whether they are cleaning my house, my rental carriage house, or any other place I own or (as a Realtor) I have the owner bring them in. The bathroom & kitchen were filthy when they started, and looked very good when they left. They cleaned the oven, the stove top, the refrigerator, the insides of the cabinets. The new tenant saw the apartment later in the day, and she was relieved and very happy, having seen it in its dirty state before! I know that I don't have to worry about anything, when they come! I know that they will do everything well.
I always have a good experience talking to the management team in your office, too. Thanks for your hard work. It's very clear that your company is an asset to the area!

Executive Maids keeps my home sparkling!!. Executive Maids has been cleaning my home for the past 6 years and have never been disappointed. I have nothing but admiration and appreciation for the ladies who make life so much easier for me. I am elderly and recently widowed and their presence in my home keeps everything sparking from kitchen sinks to bathtubs. The ladies arrive on schedule in teams of three, dressed in clean uniforms and are prepared to clean with their cleaning supplies and equipment. They are extremely quiet and efficient. They check with me to see if I have any special requests. They are completely honest, trustworthy and very careful of my furniture and possessions. I have no reservations about leaving them in my home alone. The ladies definitely have a routine that they follow. Each Executive Maid seems to go to the area that is her specialty. They all seem to cooperate with one another. My house is large, so they have a lot to do. These are lovely women and it is always a pleasure to see them. When they leave, I then have the pleasure of having a sparkling clean home.

Executive Maids are terrific!. I am a young professional and live in the West Mt. Airy section of the city. As an attorney, my work hours are rather long and sometimes I fall behind in my house work. The Executive Maids arrived at my apartment promptly at the time of my scheduled cleaning and did an excellent job helping me. They have done my apartment in the past. However, previously I did some cleaning "before my cleaning". However, most recently, I did not have time to pre-clean; my apartment was a wreck. The ladies organized my things and left my bathroom, kitchen and living room including the hard wood floors wonderfully clean. Most impressive was their work on my foyer closet which was so messy, everytime I opend the door there was an avalanche. The ladies organized the closet for me and I have peace of mind that when someone visits my place they can look in the closet without an incident. I don't normally take the time to write this kind of review. However, because I was charged reasonable rates for the amount of work which the ladies completed in my living space I am compelled to write a positive review. Additionally, the ladies were recommended to me by a friend and both of us agree that they are honest too.
