great perms, haircuts, and styles. The shampoo person who has been there for years hardly even touches your head. All the places in the past that i have gone to, gives you a great scrub.(Not here) Everything else is great and no complaints. This would be a APlus place if they had a real person who can shampoo.

this is a over all great place!. i took my mom there and they treated her like a angel not a number.... like they do in the other salons.... then i started to go there for myself and now i take my 2 daughters... all the girls are sweet and its not like they go outta their way to be nice, THEY JUST ARE NICE.... I will always go back for myself and my daughters.... what a great place and so down to earth.... thanks to all the girls.... cathy

A "gem" of a stylist!. Two Mondays ago, I was itching to get haircut! As many of you know, salons are NEVER open on Mondays so i thought i was out of luck! A friend told me that she noticed a salon in her neighborhood had an "open" sign in the windows on Mondays. I was a little reluctant as it's a small salon and I had never heard of it before. Well i am so glad that I decided to go! Maureen had an opening and she gave me an awesome cut! Not only was the style trendy and done perfectly but she was a sweetheart! I felt so comfortable in her chair. A lot of times you go into salons and the stylists are snooty. Maureen was so friendly and really seemed to know what she was doing. She is definitely a gem! You wouldn't think that someone so up on current hair trends would be found in a little salon in NE philly but she is there! I would highly recommend going to see her before she is swooped away somewhere in Center City and charging an arm and a leg! She is great!
