I have been going to this place for years. Gary William has always given me great haircuts. I recently tried Sandy & I LOVE her too!

I always leave there very happy.

I love the energy of the place. They love their clients & it shows with how they keep their salon both inside & out.

They are one of the nicest properties on Oxford Ave.

completely ignored and inconsiderate. After a couple of phone calls I'm not as irked as i was before. Its not just the waiting that upset me but the carelessness that i felt while i was there. Since the salon apologised and also because I have been going there for some time with no other problems I will give it a try and hopefully the same scenario doesn't repeat.

Insulted.. Where to start? I had been going to Gary Charles for a while after it had been recommended by a friend. At first I was displeased because I'd always come out with dye on my ears/head. I mean -- for what they charge -- that shouldn't be an issue. I finally found a colorist (Gail) when mine called out sick one day. Well, she was amazing! Amelia also gives an awesome cut. Anyway, I had set up for my bridal party to be styled there. When my fiance dumped me SIX DAYS before the wedding, I called to cancel. GARY CHARLES STILL CHARGED ME. They told me I was lucky they were only charging me $140 for my style and not for the whole party.

Yeah, no other vendors asked any further questions AND called to check up on me. I was not charged a cent by anyone else. My hall lost tens of thousands for chrissakes! Anyway, I will never go there. They were not understanding nor helpful as I, their loyal customer, went through the toughest period of my life.

To add insult to injury, they keep sending me post cards saying "We haven't seen you in a while. Enjoy 20% off!" You will never see me again, Gary Charles.
