Unprofessional

Platinum is the least professional movers I could possibly imagine. They were supposed to pack our apartment and stop and pick up furniture from a warehouse. They showed up an hour late with one box and a truck about half the size they needed. They then charged us for an extra truck. The person from the office was unreasonable and flat out lied to us.

Highly Recommend This Company!!!

I did'nt have much money to move and my friend told me about Platinum. They were fast, courteous and very professional. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Their price was the lowest and their service was good for the amount they charged. I felt bad and tipped the guys alot.

DO NOT USE PLATINUM!

If I could, I wouldn't even give them one star! My roommate and I used them in Sep 07 and they under quoted us, broke an antique dresser, didn't return phone calls when we were calling to get a refund. They were late - I mean hours...We had two pickup locations and they went to the wong location first which was a block from our final location. Then I had to wait for them to drive from CC to Roxborough - no apologies when they arrived over 2 hrs late. Complaining the entire time about how there were so many boxes. They sent 2 guys for a job that should have been 3.

Our final charge was double what they originally quoted!

Overall - Don't use them - wouldn't recommend them to anyone - even my worst enemy!
