Pretty Good Practice
by HollyLentzKleeman
I have been going to this practice for years. I have my own physician, but when he is not there, the others are good. I switched once, and switched back right away. I will not switch again.
- Pros: Never wait long, good front desk receptionist, good docs
- Cons: They must conform to the rules of insurance
excellent physicians!
by Ryan_Slattery
Dr. Cook is a very capable and caring physician who listens attentively when you are there and knows and understands medical issues. She is a great diagnostician and desires to provide expert medical care. She, and her office, always respond quickly with expertise to requests and appointments, too. I would refer her to anyone who wants a wonderful physician affiliated with a great medical institution -- each of which is extremely important in comprehensive medical care for each of us!
- Pros: excellent care -- worth the wait
- Cons: it is always a challenge to come to the City, but good care is worth the time invested.
Ninth Street Internal Medicine Great Doctors but lots of Hassle
by ls027
I was going to Ninth Street Internal Medicine for about two years but I had to switch to a different office. My Doctor was great, but the people in the office were rude and short tempered. There was never a way to get an appointment when I needed it or even close to when I needed it. Sometimes I would have to wait a month to get in to see her. And most of the time it didn't matter anymore b/c i was better by the time I got to see her.
There was one time when I needed results sent to me and one of my specialists and it took over a month b/c it got lost or misplaced and it took them that long to find it.
Like I said the Doctors are great but its not worth all the hassle and then with the office staff.
- Pros: Great and friendly Doctors, Especially Dr. Mira Kautzky
- Cons: Office staff can be rude, short, and impatient. Long time to wait for appointments.
