They must be car whisperers-. I had taken My Volvo S40 to the VOLVO DEALER because it was making a soft clinking noise and the check engine light was on. They told me they could not find the noise and but said it should not be a problem. A week later the car kept stalling whenever I stopped at a red light or stop sign. After another week at the DEALER they gave me back the car and said it was fixed but the next morning it stalled three time before I got to work. A co-worker recommended Reds and Son and luckily for me it was in Center City and I could drop it off and walk back to work the next morning. Before I finished work Reds called me and told me the car was finished explained exactly what was wrong. The next day the car was ready and I picked it up from work. Not only did they fix the stalling issue but they also stopped the annoying noise. Definetly going there if I ever have another issue.

Could Not Be Happier. Could Not Be Happier I want to send a big thank you for replacing my transmission especially with the time constraint I was in. It runs smoother than ever and sounds great.

Respectful and FAST. I am so pleased with the work Reds has done on my car. But what makes this one of my favorite shops is the was he treats me as a customer. All car garages should take a page out of their book.

The Best Car Doctors. I have an Audi and was sick and tired of going to the Audi dealer where I get ripped off every time. After trying out some of the garages around town I was referred by a friend to Reds and Son. They have been taking care of my baby ever since. They don't treat me like an idiot and always fix what I asked for and not those "other things" the dealer kept telling me about. My car runs great and I am thankful I found Reds and Son to keep it that way.

Finally Fast and Honest Service. It has been about 8 years since I have moved into the city and I have tried 9 different shops that all tried to hustle me. Finally I found Reds and Son and I have been going there for 3 years now. They are the most helpful and quick repair shop I have ever been too and trust me I have been to quite a few. I now take all four of my cars there and I could not be happier. All though I have not seen every single shop in the city I have been to many and I will bet this one is the most professional. I highly recommend this place to people looking for a honest and friendly car service at the right price.

Honest and Respectful Service. I've gone several times for repairs/oil change and found the staff helpful and courteous. On one occasion, when a problem arose w/ the car soon after I'd been there, they then made a repair free of charge as a gesture of good faith and thanks for my business. Such honesty and customer care is rare in autoshops, from my experience!

Great customer service. I have been a customer of reds for the past 4 years.. i never had a problem with price or service..always very good to deal with and very quick with repairs...if anything they go the extra mile to make sure the repairs a done correct and for a fair price the first time....

Great Auto Repair and Customer Service. I've been taking my BMW to REDs for years, any repairs, state inspections, maintenance, and have found them to be very profesional. They may not be the cheapest around but much better than the dealer. Customer service is great, they often find ways too fit my car in on last minute appoinments and get it back to me in a timely manor. I have recommended all my friends and family to REDs, and no complaints. Anybody with a foreign car should call Reds and son.
