Chinatown Hair Spot. I've been going to Perfect Cut for 9 years now. It's the best place ever to get a quick relaxing cut, color, or hair treatment. Francis and Sandy are the best. The prices can't be beat. Try it once and you'll keep on going back!!!

Best haircut, amazing!. I went to Perfect Cut Hair Salon in Chinatown today and couldn't be happier. For $15 I got a shampoo and quick scalp & upper back massage and a very nice hair-cut that didn't take forever. PLUS, they washed my hair out again after it was cut! and styled it .

I would highly recommend this place , 90% of the time i 'm dissatisfied with my hair-cuts for the first time ever i get a nice clean amazing hair-cut I m totally satisfied with. ask for Yani she is just awesome
