Best Jewelers in Philadelphia. I have bought countless pieces of both diamond and saphire jewelery from this family business. The prices are VERY affordable and are EXCEPTIONAL quality. They are incredibly honest and trustworthy and they are the only jewelers I will deal with in Philadelphia. They treat you like family.
