This popular corner taproom's once nondescript gray facade now is a mural depicting history's greatest Franks: Sinatra, Zappa and "-enstein." Inside, the foreboding ambience belies its friendliness. The clientele is pleasantly diverse. Burly bikers knock back mugs of cheap Yuengling next to frail, chain-smoking art students from the nearby university. Everybody seems like a regular. Arrive before 9pm to grab a table; the place starts to fill up with drinkers and smoke around 10pm.

great bar,just like shardys back home but cleaner great bartender harold. needs a lock on the bog door though

After being at the flower show in March 2008 we went to one of our favorite city past times, pub crawling.. We have been to many of the pubs in the area.. We stopped in another bar "F Ms" first and spoke with the bartender "H'. We asked her to recommend a place we may not have heard of or been to.. She recommended "D Fs" where her boyfrinds works. We did meet him, but he was not working.. We had a great time; the bartender "B" was effecient and fun.. The 8 or so people we saw there were really friendly. It was not too busy since it was mid afteroon.. The beer choices, "B", the other patrons and the great bloody mary beautiful blue eyes... Hey, maybe I had too many beers that I am commenting on a cute canine.. Thank you "H" for the recommendation and thank you "B" for making us feel at home... The old timer pub crawlers, Ray and Sandy
