First Time At Moriaty's was a Week Ago!. Very nice and the food was very good. However elbow room, just a little tight for my taste.

Nice little pub!. Went there by myself the other night and was made to feel welcome and comfortable. Sat at the bar and watched in awe as the bar tender made drinks for waitresses as well as the bar patrons. She didn't mess up any orders and just kept moving in a friendly way. Will be going back tonight and taking my husband with me this time.

Great Irish Pub. I went to Moriarty's for a drink one day while me and my boyfriend were walking in the city. The place looked really cool from the outside and better on the inside. I loved the lamps and all the memorabilia from shows that have played at the walnut theater. They had a pretty good beer selection and the bartender Jennifer was great. We got the wings because we heard they were the best in Philly; they were pretty good and the blue cheese dressing was delicious! The sauce wasn't overbearing it was just right. It was also cool that they use the whole wing. I have never seen that before but I liked the presentation. All in all I would defiantly go to Moriarty's again. It has a very comfortable atmosphere.

Worst Wings I've ever had. First time at Moriarity's on 2/11/11. Had to get the wings since they were voted the best of Philly. I'm guessing that Philly doesn't know what good wings taste like. This viegar based sauce served on a whole wings was just awful. You will need to come to the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton area to taste real wings. Also a turn off at the place was the waitress Denise. She berated the 2 people next to use for not leaving her a 'decent' tip. She told them if they don't have enought money to tip well not to go out to dinner. Well after we received our food we never saw Denise again. We had to stop her to get our check. Same with the table next to us. I wish the employers would stop paying such lousy hourly rates and not depending on the customers to pay their salaries. I think this has gotten out of hand. To me such a waitress shouldn't be eaiting on the public.
