Poor customer service.
I am totally frustrated with the Cramer's in the Gallery. Purchassed golf shirts on August 6th that had to be monogrammed. I had to pay for them first and was told they would be ready in 3 weeks. It is almost 2 months later and I am still waiting. I never like to pay for something before the work is done for this very reason. You try to reach them on the phone and it just rings or goes to a v/m that is full. You get the feeling they took your money and will get to you when they feel like it. Next year I will purchase the shirts at the end of the school year in June and maybe by September I will have them.
