RUDE RUDE RUDE. Bad Customer Service. Ended up going to Kinko's where the people are courteous and the hours of operation are more convenient. Avoid Passport Photos at 140 Chestnut St. RUDE RUDE RUDE

Bad customer service. We needed photos of our 3 month old taken for a non-USA visa. Therefore we could not get the photos taken at a pharmacy. When my wife arrived with our baby, they were rushed to sit and have the photo taken. The operator used a polaroid camera. Before the photo was developed, he pressured my wife to pay. When she said that she wanted to see the photos before paying, he snapped that 'it was garanteed'. However, when my wife saw the photos, they were not accurate. I would not reccomend this place, even if desperate.
