Wonderful Experience!. Safian & Rudolph was recommended to me by 2 friends. After checking out some of the other shops on Jewelers Row, I now see why. The S&R staff was so friendly, pressure-free and gave us in depth knowledge of everything we looked at. The quality of their rings and diamonds are beautiful and they quoted us the best prices on "the row". She loves her engagement ring and we'll definitely be back for our wedding bands!

Don't bother going anywhere else. Safian's is the best.. We'd visited several stores on Jeweler's Row to shop for our ring. At several of the stores we just felt like their main goal was to make a sale for as much as possible regardless of if it was even exactly what we were looking for. Safian's was so different. They were incredibly nice and so easy to work with (ask for Mike Gilman, he's the best!) and they clearly weren't out to just get the most money but to make the customer happy. I walked in with 2 pictures of what I had in mind and Mike came out with 2 options that I fell in love with immediately. They care about what you want and take the time to really listen to you. They don't overprice anything and all of their jewelery is top quality. We will never shop anywhere else ever again for any of our jewelery needs. I very highly reccomend saving yourself time and heading straight to Safian's because of customer service, quality, and value.

Best service!. I've been looking everywhere for the perfect engagement ring. A friend of mine suggested Safian & Rudolph and thank goodness they did. The staff was extremely helpful and pressure-free. The salesman took the time to listen and work with me to create my vision. The ring is beautiful and I really couldn't have asked for more. I highly recommend Safian & Rudolph to anyone looking for a great experience and amazing customer service!

THEY LOST MY WEDDING RING!!!. I have never met a bunch of more incompetent people in one shop. I went to them to buy my wedding band because they have a great website. I found a band that I liked which was white gold and shinny on the sides and a matte finish in the middle. When the ring came in, the day before my wedding, it came in different than displayed. I expressed my concern but had to take the ring to get married in it. So I came back after the wedding to have the center part finished in a matte finish as I bought, they sent it back and 3 weeks later they got the ring in and it was a totally different ring. They LOST MY WEDDING BAND!!! They returned the wrong one and got me a new one. But bottom line, they LOST MY WEDDING BAND that I got married in. They are so disorganized and incompetent. The owner made me feel like it was my fault the entire time. I would not trust these guys with a bag of rocks.

OMG I love it!. My fiance proposed today with the ring he bought at Safian & Rudolph! I love it, the diamond is flawless and the setting is so intricate and fits me perfectly. I went looking with my bf before we got engaged and Rich was a great salesman and helped my bf every step of the way. My bf was pleased with the service and he told me he was able to get a great deal. He was definitely satisfiied with the service and we will be going back there for our wedding bands!

The shop where you want to buy jewelry. My fiance and I went in only to look at a unique style we saw online. The salesman, Mike, took us through the paces of enagement ring buying (it was only our second REAL store, all of our previous shopping had ben online). He never once made us feel pressured. The shopping experience was very positive but the follow up salesmanship was even better. After receiving my ring, I knocked out a prong almost immediately (the ring took a really hard knock, freak accident). Mike took care of the ring quickly, even polished it up brighter than when I had received it. Bottom line: I will be coming back here to get my wedding band. Oh, and as for the selection, it is head and shoulders above what the average jeweler has. My ring is fabulous to say the least.

Best on Jewelers Row!. S&R took the time to answer all my questions and made a loyal customer out of me. My ring is BEAUTIFUL and every detail is just how i wanted it! Also, the price was $2,000 less than anywhere else I looked. Thank you! I recommend you to all my friends.

Poor customer service.. very disappointing. I was so excited to get my engagement ring only to have my delight and happiness turn to tears and disappointment when I realized the ring was damaged. When we brought the ring back to the store to let them know what happened they blamed me for the damage. I wanted to show off my ring to all my friends and family but was embarassed that it had scratches all over it. What a shame that one of the happiest moments of my life was sullied by a damaged ring that my fiance spent thousands on. S&R has absolutely no commitment to making sure the customer is satisfied and clearly have no pride in their jewelry. Don't ruin your engagement or anniversary... don't shop here!

i love these guys. they made buying a diamond, well, easy. i stopped in several stores before deciding to purchase an engagement ring through s&r. by far the friendliest and most knoweldgeable staff. they really put me at ease and i love the ring! hope she does too...
