Kids Love It. I've been meaning to get my kids new furniture for years. I found a great deal at Karl's and the kids love it.

DON'T SHOP HERE - Bad Service, Slow Delivery, No Apologies.
My daughter was born in October. We ordered our furniture from Karl's in May. You'd think that this was plenty of time, right? Wrong. It's December 27th...and the final piece of furniture was just delivered TODAY.
We were told in May, when we ordered our furniture, that it would be delivered mid to late August. Late August came and went. September arrived, and some of the furniture was delivered. It's beautiful furniture, no doubt about it. But we were still missing our glider and ottoman.
September passed. We called Karl's every other day to respectfully check on the status of the glider. Every time we called, the person at Karl's would tell us "It will be in this week."
(I'm not kidding...every time we called they told us that).
October arrived, and the baby was born. No glider. We were still making our thrice weekly calls to Karls...and still being told "It will be in this week." I finally confronted them and told them to please stop lying....the glider was not coming 'this week'!!
November arrived, the baby was 1 month old. Still no glider. They finally told us something other than "this week". The fabric was on backorder. Really? You didn't know that the fabric was on backorder from May to November? You JUST found this out? Honestly, if they had told us that months earlier, we would have changed fabrics to something that wasn't on backorder...but they never told us! In the beginning of November, they finally agreed to "lend" us a glider from their warehouse...until ours arrived. It was delivered promptly.
We finally got a call this week (December 26th), saying our glider and ottoman were ready to be delivered...and they are coming today.
What gets me most is that no one ever apologized, no one ever said, 'hey, this is our fault.' It took these guys 3 whole months to even offer a sample glider to us, so that we had SOMETHING in our home for the baby until the one we ordered arrived.
I don't believe that the people at Karl's actually care about their customers. We ordered over $5000 worth of furniture from them, and this is the treatment we got? What about those people who just order something small? I would NEVER recommend anyone shop at this store.
Great selection at Karl's. We just wanted to say, thanks to Karl's for making it possible for the bed to arrive before we went on holiday. Our daughter's bed is beautiful. It looks even better than the Internet picture. She loves it and is sleeping through the night. We will recommend Karl's to our family and friends!!
Great service!!. I had bought a bed from Karl's a few years back and it had broke. They told me to bring in the broken section of the bed and they repaired it at no extra charge to me, even though it was way past its warranty.
Wide selection of furniture!. The owner was very happy to help us. I found some really great furniture. The selection was a little bit overwhelming but we were able to find exactly what we wanted. I was very glad that I was recommended to Karl's.

Excellent Customer Service. The staff here is really nice, they really know their stuff. I had lost some pieces to a crib that I had gotten from you all and one of th staff found the pieces that I needed even though the store was extremely busy that day. I am so glad that he took the time out to help me.
