I must give Karls a nice compliment. I borrowed a crib from my brother and I went to set it up this past weekend. Some of the hardware was missing and I didnt know what to do. I wasnt even sure where the crib was purchased. I called Karls and they were so helpful. The manager told me to come in the store and he would help me. I couldnt believe how helpful Karls was and they had all the hardware I needed to assemble my crib. I will recommend all my friends to shop at Karls.

I purchased my daughter s baby furniture at Karl s over 30 years ago. My daughter is now expecting her first baby and I told her that we must visit Karl s. I remember 30 years ago Karl s was the best place to shop for English pram carriages. I was so excited to shop for my first grandchild. We walked into Karl s and was greeted immediately by the owner. She allowed us to browse and then answered all of my daughter s questions. My daughter found just what she was looking for and we ordered the crib, dresser, and a glider. I was so happy my daughter was happy with her selection of baby furniture. We can t wait to have the baby furniture delivered.

Save yourself stress and worry. Before this store gets your money they will call you back even if they see a missed call on their caller ID. Now that they have over 3000 dollars from me, my furniture is late, my baby is due any day and they won't call me back. It's frankly unbelievable how unprofessional this place is. Go anywhere else!!!!!

Beware! The slimy management that run this store not only lie but also over-promise and under-deliver. After ordering a glider from them which they said would be delivered within 4-6 weeks, it's now week NINE and still no glider- just excuses why it's not here. Had I known they would not be prompt, I would have ordered online and saved some time and money. Lord knows if I will ever see this glider. Save yourself some money and a headache and shop elsewhere!

Run-Around - Not Reliable. My wife ordered a chair for our son's desk in the fall. Karl's has made multiple promises of delivery that they do not keep. They have our money, we do not have the chair.

A prior children's bedroom order was handled well by Karl's.

I called the store today during regular business hours, and I got an answering machine. I wonder if they are out of business.

Terrible customer service. They know they are one of the only games in town and take advantage of it. We ordered a glider and crib in May, promised by August. Our crib arrived mid-September, our glider in December and they completely forgot to deliver our conversion kit for our crib. We've had to track them down for EVERYTHING and they are terrible about returning phone calls and follow through. They have great furniture offerings but the trick is actually getting the items you selected to your house on a timely basis - our experience was very negative. They are very polite and get nothing done. I would not go back for baby #2.

Compliments. I want to compliment the delivery team from Karl's. We had purchased an 8 piece floor sample bedroom set from my 13 year old daughter. The weather was extremely warm but these guys were determined to install the furniture. They did a great job and we appreciated all they did on the hot humid day. Our daughter loves the furniture. Thank you to the delivery guys!!

nice job. They have a nice selection of kids and baby furniture here. The staff is extremely helpful in their knowledge of products and use. Found just about everything I needed.

Fair prices. Fair, good prices and they give a little extra effort. No discrimination against people who are becoming 1st time parents and are just getting their feet wet. I feel lucky this business is here for me and my fam.

Cute. They have a great selection here. You can find just about anything you need and everything is just so cute.
