STAY AWAY!!!!!!. Overpriced...was supposed to get adjoining rooms but was put in two separate handicapped rooms on 3rd floor -- one next to the elevators and one next to the gym!!! The noise was horrible, the room was vibrating when people would run on the treadmill, we would hear a big boom everytime someone dropped a weight on the floor. The rooms were extremely small, the bathrooms were molding and dirty. Old dusty huge TVs. NOT worth a quarter of what I paid. Hotel wants to put 25,000 Reward Points in a Priority Club Rewards member account for me. No other compensation whatsoever. They can keep their points I would NEVER stay again!!!!!!!!!!!
Too much noise.. It's walking distance to the historical buildings (Liberty Bell, Independence Hall, etc) and shops and restaurants. Hotel staff/management and housekeeping were nice. But there was a lot of noise - rowdy hotel guests and street noise. And the wifi was slooow. I would stay at a nicer hotel if I ever go to Philly again.
For more than 50 years, this hotel's familiar green sign has signaled budget-friendly lodging for families and business travelers..
In Short
Since its 1952 debut in Memphis, Tenn., Holiday Inn has become one of the most recognized hotel brands in the world. Kids rule here: Children age 19 and younger stay for free when sharing a parent's room and as many as four children per family (age 12 or younger) eat for free at hotel restaurants. Other amenities include 24-hour business services, an in-room coffeemaker, iron, hair dryer, room service, a swimming pool and a fitness center.
My Stay.
I was There for a 2 Day Trip.
The Beds Were Comfy, They have nice size room a beautiful bar and lounge , the food was great and room service people were very nice and so are the staff . They made my stay worth while.
I recommend to all people to stay in this hotel.
Average Hotel in great city!. We stayed there using the weekend websaver fare found on the Holiday Inn website. We found everything to be to our liking, except that the front desk seemed to be totally understaffed. Rooms were clean, hallways were a tad dirty, but we had a nice stay, Probably would try another hotel the next time we go to Philly.
