Must-try Thai. Best Thai food in University City! Shrimp Pad Thai and spring rolls are a safe bet. The curry chicken dishes are also quite good. And believe it or not, Pina Coladas here are also really good (they even put a little paper umbrella in the glass. classy! ;) ) Very nice atmosphere (sit in the greenhouse-style back room on sunny days), fast service and excellent food.

Good but kind of pricey. Pattaya has a surprisingly nice interior, quick service, and consistently good food. The duck and seafood noodle dishes are recommended, but the desserts aren't that great. The only downside is the prices aren't bad but not cheap- otherwise we would go more often.

Best Pad Thai in town. I highly recommended the place. The food was quick and excellent especially Pad Thai. It was the best Pad Thai I?ve ever try around University City neighborhood. The service was very good. The ambience was wonderful. Try the sun room in the back but don?t forget to make a reservation and request for it.

Like Nan, with a Bar!. Basically, the food is similar to Nan, which is next door, but this one has a bar! Pretty place, maybe a more expanded menu, very flavorful food. Can get busy at lunchtime so make a reservations. Very enjoyable overall and good food!

Thai food that, for better or worse, goes beyond the traditional.. In Short
The expansive restaurant stretches backward from a colorful bar area to an enclosed sunroom with indoor trees strung with lights. Pattaya fills up with U Penn students sipping brightly colored spiced iced tea and house cocktails. Authentic Thai dishes; clay pot stews, mix and match curries and noodles, with a nod both to continental (chicken marsala and goat cheese salad) and eclectic (alligator stir-fry).
