I have rented through 5 different realtors in the city now, and Realty World Properties ties for first place (with Robin Apartments) in my opinion. Now, I've only ever rented apartments that may be classified as "as-is" condition, so I'm not talking about modern, expensive apartments here. For young people, Realty World Properties has decent apartments and they are very good about repairs and also about negotiating rent at the start of a lease. Can't say anything bad about them, unlike other realtors I have rented through (William Penn Realty being the worst).
Pros: locations, rent, timely repairs, nice landlord who gives you his cell number
Cons: places are not in perfect condition
