Overall, I found Dr. Ira Sheres to be EXCELLENT! He completed two bi-annual check-ups for me. Also, he re-bleached a tooth of mine that had a root canal approx. 10 years ago. I found him to be very patient and very gentle. In terms of more detail, I was very impressed w/ the bleach work that he completed on my tooth. I had considered completing veneers that would have been very expensive. However, he convinced me to bleach my tooth, which was a much cheaper option. I visited his office five times before he would say the bleach job completing, ensuring that he did quality work (FYI . . . you pay one flat price for the bleach job so the multiple visits ensured that it was done right). Anyway, when I moved to Chicago a few months later, my dentist in Chicago commented how well it was done. Overall, I am very grateful to Dr. Ira Sheres. I wish he was here in Chicago!

Ditto on what 'corporate cat" had to say. I saw Dr. Sheres several times and he does ok dental work, not great. Had some recurring issues with the same work. But its not worth the price you pay in time energy and expense for the poor service. The desk staff is clueless and they are worried about getting your money upfront, after that you are on your own. If there is a problem with your insurance reimbursement you are on your own. I did call to talk to the Dr. and he ignored me and had the staffer who messed it up called me back. Basically not worth the hassl. You can do better.
