The Yoga Loft is a wonderful place if you are looking to build strength, scuplt your body, and feel revitalized after a hard day of work; Ashtanga cleanses my mind, body, and soul. The studio is also great; it's clean, instructors are knowledgeable, and hours are convenient. You should at least try it once!
