Based on a friend's recommendation, I went to Oggi to get a Brazilian from Yelena. Oh my god she is amazing. It was on the pricier side (55$) but well worth it. I will never go back to cheap salons. She was great to talk to, and it was actually painless. She also got everything - yes, everything. I will definitely keep going back!

LOVE LOVE LOVE Oggi stylist Mark! He is fantastic! he is the only person I trust with my hair and he has never disappointed me. Oggi's prices are reasonable and they have a great staff. You should make an appointment with Mark for your next cut and color. He is Philly's BEST!

I have been going to Oggi for a few years for treatments after my esthetician moved to the salon. I cannot give Brenda enough compliments as she has been helping me for over 7 years. She makes me feel comfortable each time I visiit (which is about once a month) and I am always happy with the results. If nothing, else if you are looking for a esthetician experience.... see Brenda!

I have been going to Mark for the past 7-8 years (first when he was at Tabu and now that he is with Oggi) for hair cuts and highlights. I trust him so much that several times when he asks what I want done I have said "surprise me" and he always does (in a VERY good way). His cuts are always spot on and he is a master when it comes to color. I couldn't imagine life without him! While I think their prices are reasonable for center city, they are not cheap. But, in this instance you get what you pay for.

So evidently everyone goes here to get their hair done, but not I. I randomly needed a massage last week and Oggi was where I stopped; I'm happy I did. Jenna did my massage and it was GREAT! It's sometime hard to find a masseuse (especially a woman) who applies the right amount of pressure. I have paid twice as much for a massage that felt like someone was simply poking at me as opposed to massing me. Jenna quickly found the two areas where I carry stress and worked on those areas repeatedly. I was completely relaxed upon leaving. I will definitely go see her again, she was great and you can't beat the price for a great massage.

I've never received so many compliments on my hair as I have since I started going to Mark. He has given me looks that could be worn both sweet or edgy, straight or wavy and he has taught me how to take it to the next level. I also see Brenda for eyebrow waxing. She is very good. Even if I haven't been in for a long time, she pulls out my card and remembers exactly how I like it. Totally professional, she never asks if I want anything done other than the services I've requested (I've had that at other salons and it's so embarrassing).

Mark at Oggi is the absolute best! He has been cutting my hair since for over 5 years and I love it every time. I have very naturally curly hair that is not the pretty kind, it sort of has a mind of its own. But Mark has always given me a cut that lets me wear it curly or blow it out for a more professional look at the office. And this last visit he gave me bangs! I never thought I could wear bangs, but as he explained "there is a bang for everyone, you just have to find yours". Love it and Love Mark!!!

This was my first visit to Oggi and I left completely satisfied. I recently moved from Scottsdale, AZ and was searching for a stylist/colorist who could match both the color and intricate application of my highlights. The salon suggested Toby who took the time for an initial consult and evaluation prior to scheduling an appointment. He was phenomenal. He listened to what was important to me, discussed exactly how he was going to apply various shades of highlights, and instilled me with a great deal of confidence. The results were perfect. He is great fun while being the consummate professional. A return visit is certain. I also found the rest of the staff to be pleasant, helpful and professional.

If there is a place in Philly where I have consistently witnessed and seen great short hair cuts, Oggi might be it. My first time to Oggi was years ago when I decided to crop my hair short -- I literally took a photo from a magazine, booked an appointment (Cynthia) and came out with a cut that was exactly what I wanted (... and I do not have easy hair to cut/style). Kudos to Oggi for helping me maintain my short style, and now I have many friends and colleagues who love Oggi -- they all have short hair. I stopped going to Oggi, however, when I decided to grow out my cut. I found their technique and approach to longer styles unremarkable, especially for my hair type (fine, thin) and decided that the $60 was better spent elsewhere.
