Worst place ever!

Having just moved to Philly, I knew finding a new salon was going to be hard. I was always nervous leaving my last salon which I visited for 3 years. But I didnt expect to get the worst haircut ever!

The stylist (I think her name is Jeni..she's got blonde hair) was horrible! She just wanted to rush through the cut and get it done. She cut the front in one go without even looking to see if it was cut evenly. She shaved the back straight up so it looks like a straight line from a sideview . Both sides were not even cut evenly..one side had more hair than the other!! At the end of the day it looked like a blind person cut my hair. She wasnt even careful..poked me a bunch of times (not just once or twice) with the scissor and just roughly pushed my head around when she wanted me to move! Am I in prison?? And to top it of, she tells me to ask for her the next time I come!

For $35 (excl tip) in Philly, this is robbery. I've had great cuts in NYC for $20 bucks. I'll cut my own hair if I have to but there's no way I'm going back there. This place sux!

I have always felt uncomfortable going to unisex hair salons for hair services...noisy and more geared toward womens services have been my experience. Style of Man has provided me with a very relaxing professional atmosphere and i continuously recieve the best haircuts i have ever had. 5 stars go to this excellent mens salon!

Very Professional...Friendly atmosphere...Whether i arrived with appointment or not i have never had to wait too long for services! Hands down the BEST haircut and color i have ever had! I am now a repeat client.
