Excellent service, I really enjoyed my facials with Marlena and her waxing is very gentle. I had facials with other practitioners at Total Serenity before and I prefer Marlena.

IF THERE IS ANY CHANCE THAT YOU MAY HAVE TO CANCEL...DO NOT SCHEDULE WITH THIS SPA...THERE POLICIES ARE NOT CLIENT FRIENDLY AND NEITHER IS THE STAFF. I am a massage therapist and have been in the business for several years and never in that time have I run across a spa with worse policies!!! I made the mistake of making spa appointments for my sister and I in March. I made these appointments in February an left a 50% deposit. I had to cancel our appointments 4 days in advance because of an illness. I was unable to make the trip. (I live 2 1/2 hours away) They cancelled my appointments but kept my deposit. It is now June and we are having a hard time trying to find a time to reschedule. When I spoke with the manager about a refund she refused and was totally unaccomadating! I work in this business and have never had this kind of problem in the past at any other spa. There are many spas in Philadelphia! I would recomend finding one that actually cares about their customers and has more client friendly policies...seriously life happens and no business should be so unaccomadating!

Cons: Spa Policy, management and staff...unfriendly and not accomadating in anyway
