Best Quality Cleaner. Quality is beyond my expectaion!!!!!!!!!! Especially shirts no one can bit their quality staff are nice especially pickup guy Peter is always on time. prices are reasonable. So far last six years with this cleaner neve lost any garment neither damage. My husbond loves his shirts pressing job. For small things like button replace never get chaged.
Pricey??????.
I can't speak for the quality of their work, but I *think* the prices are pretty high.
I do the bills for my boss, who sends both dry cleaning and laundry here - the bill always seems high, but since I dry-clean very little and do my own laundry, I'm not sure.
However, Boss has been travelling for quite a while this fall, and the only things laundered have been three sets of twin-bed sheets, towels for three people, and a few kitchen dishcloths (over the course of the month.) The October bill was just short of $300.
I think that's SHOCKING, so clearly need to do some comparison-shopping.
Not So Sure.... I asked to have an 'original hem' done on expensive jeans and was assured this was possible. I was very disappointed when I picked up the jeans and found a brand new hem. After I was yelled at, I asked if they still had the hem and could salvage my jeans. I never received the promised follow-up call with the status and when I called I was told perhaps they would be ready today. Also, there is no fitting room, the place is dirty, and things come back smelling rather musty. I will not be a customer in the future.
Very kind, but it ends there.
I'm always satisfied with my shirts and pants. They're done, on time, and cheap.
BUT - after bringing a lady friend there to do some business, my positive experiences went out the door. They missed the date by which the cleaning was supposed to be done, then proceeded to (attempt to) charge nearly $20 to dry clean and repair a hem on a casual dress. That's ludicrous.
Good for men's clothes, bad for ladies.
Worst cleaner in the area. I recently went to them and dropped off three suits and a pair of pants. What an awful job! The suits were not cleaneed and were pressed badly. The pants looked like they hadn't been pressed at all. They may do a better job on mens clothes but overall they were awful!!
good job on shirts. nothing fancy here. i wouldn't take anything fancy here. but they did a great job with my shirts. very well pressed. also, summer discounts.
