Every time I shop here I get in so much trouble because I like every single thing I see!!!! What a great selection of gifts, journals, albums, frames, stationery...this is the only place I go to get them. It's not cheap, but they have the best things. The staff is very nice and helpfull and they wrap you gifts at no cost. This is my best find of the year, I have receive complements for every gift I've bought here. It's the cutest little shop!
Pros: Unique gifts, new stuff all the time

I went to Details last winter looking for invitations for my July 16, 2006 wedding. I wanted to place a very sizable order (needed 250 invitation sets, 300 engraved monogrammed thank you notes for myself and 100 engraved correspondence cards for my now husband). I originally wanted a very expensive Anna Griffin invitation, which would have cost in the range of $2,000. The sales staff at Details were completely rude to my husband and I when we went in person (with an appt) to look at invitations. They were totally unhelpful. I called several times to follow up in an attempt to inquire about pricing and ordering information, but they always placed me on hold for long periods of time or told me that they would call me back (and then didn't). I took my business to another stationer and refused to do order through Details. At the other store, I purchased 250 William Arthur invitation sets, 300 Crane & Co engraved monogrammed note cards, and 100 Crane & Co engraved correspondence cards. I won't step foot in Details ever again.
Pros: They offer a variety of invitations
Cons: Rude, nonattentive customer service, high prices
