Gruff service, stale bread

I wanted to pickup a quick sandwich and regretted going here. The lady at the counter was gruff and never anything such as "thank you" or "you're welcome." My sandwich bread was stale and even though it was put in a panini press, I couldn't tell that it was when I ate it. I tossed half my expensive sandwich in the trash.
- Pros: None! there are other quick eateries near Rittenhouse.
- Cons: Food is not fresh
