Editorial Review for Little Pete's – by Maura Johnston
In Short
As one of Philadelphia's few all-smoking eating establishments, Little Pete's caters to those who like a cigarette with their bottomless cup of coffee at all hours of the day or night. The menu features quintessential morning platters in huge portions. Standard diner fare--burgers, crinkle-cut fries and big Greek salads--is available too. Don't miss the house specialties: Cheese fries, onion rings and milkshakes.

My mom and I went to Little Pete's for a weekend breakfast recently - It was awesome. I'm from a small southern Indiana town, and the overweight bleach blonde waitress who referred to her customers as "hun" was a little bit of home for me! :) What people out here call "comfort food" is normal food to me and that's Little Pete's. You won't find healthy exciting or inventive dishes on the menu, but you'll find plently of GOOD eats and isn't that what it's all about after all??
Pros: grease = delicious food
Cons: grease = fatty food
