indeed, best sushi

by twindax3 at Citysearch

this place is truly an amazing place. my sister heard about this restaurant and so we decided to check it out because of the sushi. the sushi is fresh and delicious. i tried other dishes like the chicken teriyaki which wasn't so good. it was ok but the chicken was kind of hard. i would rather eat the sushi. i highly recommend that. the service was good too. everyone was kind and nice. if your a sushi lover, you definitely have to try this place out!

Great Food Great Service

by phillyG123 at Citysearch

Just ate there about a week ago. Although it was very busy we had great service and the food was great. After we ate we went over to the bar and Nick the bartender made us some great drinks. I would definitely recommend this place to any sushi enthusiasts. Ignore all the bad remarks because to be honest the food here is great. Great atmosphere too, epecially on the second floor. I recommend it!.

  • Pros: Great service great food.
  • Cons: A little hot on the second floor.

food with no flavor

by Gomer0215 at Citysearch

we returned from over sea and seemed like flavor just left from this establishment, chilean sea bass we used to enjoy has just became "blah" what has happened to flavor it used to have? Tempura we ordered

was oil soked and dripping. Sushi was average with just fancy decorations and portions were little on small size. It was a disappointment from what it used to be few years ago. I will look for a new sushi place to dine.

  • Pros: was friendly
  • Cons: who is cooking in kitchen

Check it out!

by bradley7522 at Citysearch

The waitstaff was very friendly as I entered the restaurant. At first, they told me I had to wait if I wanted a seat in the downstairs dining room which was interestingly spacious, and surprisingly they had an open table in the more secluded second floor. In a rush, my husband and I agreed. The atmosphere of the second floor was very nice.. would recommend to people if they want a date environment. The booths were lovely. So for the food. I enjoyed the maki rolls and tempura dishes, despite the small sushi portions.. which was reasonable because of the reasonable pricing. Overall, I had a great impression of fuji mountain when I went there expecting nothing due to the negative ratings on citysearch. I definitely recommend everyone to check it out before they make judgements based on the ratings of the place.
