39.955886 -75.167824Not worth the prices or the time. I have to agree with user "juanbatlle"---the prices were as hard to swallow as the food! The service was fine, but nothing special. I guess they rely on tourist traffic and location, because I don't see any attraction otherwise. I will not return.
Bad food Restaurant Week 9/05. my friends and I went there for restaurant week back in 9/2005, the worst food we have ever eaten. Service, wait staffs and reaturant itself is very nice. But the food was horrible, I don't know if this is becasue they just service you cheap food for Restaurant Week. My husband seabass taste like Gordon Frozen fish. Our soup taste like it was from a progressive can.....beware of the food during restaurant week at this place.
Heaven for delectable bargains.
Peacock on the Parkway is a restaurant with Mediterranean Family values. Reception is very warm, service is continious, food is second to none.
Lunch very inexpensive a great value. Dinner; plentiful and well made and tasty.
Atmosphere is romantic and attentively polite.
GO TO PEACOCK and experience good eating, and be pampered.
Terrible. Don't go.. Peacock was awful. It was like eating at a convention center for a Shriner's event. Overdone meat, tasteless noodles, and fish that didn't seem fresh. The service was bad--our table and our orders were forgotten several times. And the prices were outrageous for the awful food. Hardly any entree on the menu was less than 18 dollars (even chicken and pasta dishes).
HOT! HOT! HOT!.
This is ,truely, a real family restaurant. Best food, Best Service, Best Price: in the town of Philadelphia. Smart business people fill the place.
