Friendly Staff. I called because I thought the store was actually on Walnut st. (Instead of off of it). The woman who answered the phone not only was very friendly but also gave me a landmark, and told me to call back if I get lost. I found the staff to be helpful and not intimadated or uncomfortable by my religious attire. I'm sold!!

Editorial Review. Gourmet cookware, from fondue pots to bakeware; also find pepper mills, aromatic coffees and teas, cast iron pot racks and stemware.

a delight. I would disagree with the last reviewer 100%. Never shopped there during the holidays but have been going there every two weeks for Snickerdoodle coffee (which I think is their best flavor) and occasional kitchen supplies throughout the last year and have always found the staff to be extremely nice and helpful. I'm new to cooking and everyone who has helped me has always offered wonderful tips on both products and how to use them. The store might be a bit more expensive than other, larger stores, but the personal service and feel of the place makes it worth it.

Mean spirited!. Whenever I go to Kitchen Kapers I decide in my head that I'll avoid the store the next time I need something for the kitchen (which isn't often). Unfortunately I always forget why I decided that. But the reason once again presented itself when I did some X-mas shopping there this week. They just aren't nice in there. At one point they got a new shipment in and about 5 different ppl were rushing around me and bumping me and putting boxes in front of items I was trying to look at. Then when I asked someone a question about a product he smirked and had a brief reply which was not helpful. At that moment I remembered that I got this kind of response almost everytime I've been there.
