lousy service

Try to call them ... forget it ... your put through to voice mail, hung up on, or back talked. They "demand" your name before transfering you to whomever it is you want to speak with, never, ever return your calls and very careless when it comes to keeping appointments.

Want to report them to the ACA, click below and request the paperwork ... I did.

Terrible customer service.

I called Gordon & Weinberg concerning a mix up on addresses. Through my conversations with them I was left feeling like my information wasn't important to them and that I was just wasting my time. In an attempt to speak with a surpervisor, I was denied twice and finally had to make a seperate call back only to be placed on hold for 10 minutes. Even after speaking with a supervisor I was left feeling as though my issue was not satisfied. If this is how they deal with people that are only trying to give them proper information on their customers, I would hate to be one of their clients!!!!

• Pros: I didn't find any pros.
• Cons: The staff needs to spend some time in customer service training.
