In Short
This spot has one of the most pleasantly diverse crowds in town. The regulars sit around the large oval bar and university students arrive around 10pm. The jukebox plays Bruce Springsteen, Marvin Gaye and Tom Waits. The "grill" offers chips and 25-cent hot dogs. After happy hour there's rarely an open seat at the Ms. Pac-Man table. And with possibly the cheapest pints in Center City, there's no reason for a poor boy to go thirsty.

If you can't deal with smoking, rude waitresses or cheap beer this place is not for you. If you are going cause you like to smoke and like drinking good beer for low prices then this place has it!

This is the Dive you want to be in if you don't want to be bothered. This bar has always catered to the cheap, the broke, the broken & the weird. You can still smoke here because its a neighborhood bar and only smoker hang here anyway. If you want to eat dinner ... a hot dog costs $1.50 best damn meal in town for a Drunk! They have wifi here which, for me, makes all the difference in the world. -Al
