if you are looking for quality service, do NOT look to young j chae, also known as rich chae. i have relied on this "tailor" twice, and each time, there was a problem. i had a suit tailored there that took much longer than expected. i then had a shirt cleaned there, which was done quite poorly. look elsewhere in philadelphia, as i have had MUCH better experiences
