Bogus Charges Added Later.
This is a neighborhood store so we thought we would support it & got burned! !
At drop off, we were told the total charges would be $25, but when the items were picked up, we were told it would be $33 because their "employee made a mistake" and should have charged more for one of the items (a long dress).
Apparently, their lack of employee training will be YOUR FAULT and YOU WILL BE MADE TO PAY WHATEVER THEY WANT TO CHARGE YOU or you won't get your clothes.
They are NOT trustworthy and do you really want to leave your things at a place that will keep your things hostage for a higher ransom? Go someplace that does a fair and honest business and save yourself and your clothes the trouble!
