I have never felt so insulted!. I used to go to this salon when it was called Le Salon Nouveau. It was wonderful. I was regular customer for years. Then, I relocated and stopped going. This was around the same time when my hair stylist stopped working there in order to open his own shop. (He was talked about in other reviews by the way, and he was favulous. I love my haircuts.) I tried other places once relocated and didn't find any that I liked. So, I wanted to return to this salon now under the new name. I explained that I used to be a customer and who my hair stylist was. It was like the place was a secret society - I was asked "inside questions". In the end, I was told that they are not accepting new customers and that maybe I would want to go to the new shop where my hair stylist now worked, which was even further away from where I live than BBR. The person on the phone was so rude and snobby. And, he hung up on me. I have never felt so insulted in my entire life. I wouldn't give them a dime of my money now. I only wish I could take back the thousands I had spent there over the years.
