Find Another Place.
This place is past its prime. I was going there since it opened, I think it was more than 5 years ago. I finally got disappointed with work that was routine at best and a weird environment. Everyone I expeirienced there was nice enough but not all that talented. And the manager who manages the place is mean to everyone who works for him right in front of his customers. It makes you feel bad to be witnessing it.
The I switched to another local shop and realized how much I was missing. I wish I switched years before.

GREAT. I've been going to Split Endz for a little over a year now. Everything about it is great. The atmosphere is very friendly and clean. You never have to wait for your appointment. I would highly recommend this salon to everyone. I've been to alot of places and by far they're highlighting is the best.
