Great Service. I arranged to have my two HVAC units serviced after letting a few years go by between service (not a good idea). Luckily there were no major issues. The technician arrived promptly at the pre-arranged time; he put on shoe covers before he entered my home (I was happy I didn't to ask); and worked efficiently to complete the work. He explained what work was performed and his findings. I found the office staff to be professional and pleasant to work with as well. SOLID. My family and I have used Marvin E. Kanze, Inc. for at least 30 years for our air conditioning and heating needs. They are always dependable and reliable. We recently had an issue with our heater, which needed a very rare part in order to get fixed. Although it took some time to track down the part, the company kept us in the loop every step of the way – and charged very fair prices.
