customer service. I love Kohl's and I shop there whenever I feel the need.I had a beautiful day off today, had a gift card for Mother's day and the woman at the cashier just ruined my day.She was rude, pushy and arrogant.. It was the tall woman at the very first register.. She needs to brush up on her customer service skills..
