scary and shady. there is a take-out place on the ground floor..upstairs is just a small dirty surprisingly depressing little bar.

wow, its not that anymore. i saw the other review and stopped in...its a dank, low end bar...still, surprised it wasnt raided by the dea in the 10 minutes i was there
