DO NOT USE TED'S POOLS. I agree with everything that the top review says. We had many problems during the construction phase and it seemed no one at Ted's cared. Once they received your money you wont see them again. To this day we still have problems with our pool. We have to call another pool contactor in to clean up Ted's mess. His crew are very unprofessional and not qualified

horrible customer service. Go elsewhere!! They do put in a pretty pool but their service is simply horrific. We contracted with them to open our pool in early May and prepaid. They did not do it correctly. It is now early June and our pool is still not working despite the fact that I have called them at least three times a week. As the pool's usage is limited to summer I'm beyond frustrated and now am going to have to hire someone else to come out and do the job right. Prepare yourself for a lot of sweet talk but inevitably no action.
