The staff is wonderful - they love the animals (drop my dog off and go next door to the hair salon - I've popped in when I wasn't expected and always see one of the staff petting or hugging one of the dogs or cats). Really love it!. My little sweetie looks great! A friend of mine recommended Main Line Pet Spa. I wasn't happy with my groomer who is also in the area. I wanted to stay close to home. All of the staff there are so nice. They really were wonderful, explaining the process, asking me questions about the type of cut I wanted for my baby -- and she came out looking just like I wanted! My dog got the best haircut!. This was such a great experience! My little dog is usually so nervous but the staff put her (and me) at ease! They were so loving and concerned. Very patient. They took the time to listen to what I wanted and made suggestions too. The cut was great! Very professional. I couldn't have been happier with the staff and service. The manager needs some manners. I had the same experience: the manager yelled and said she did not know the owners name and she did not need my business. I only have one small dog. The owner, whomever it is, should fire her because the manager is costing him/her business.…
