A-A Auto Tag & Title

Another satisfied customer. I think I worked with the woman that a couple reviewers are complaining about. She was, I guess, a bit terse on the phone, but very helpful and funny in a Don Rickles way. And when I went there, they were recommended by a State Farm agent, she was again very helpful and friendlier. I can't speak to others experiences, and I don't know the person I worked with, but I enjoyed working with her and I'd recommend A-A to everyone.…

One of the ruddest people I have ever met. Last Thursday I must encountered the same rude person at Stephay 7474. I went into the business at 5:37 PM to transfer title of my ppop up camper over to the couple who just bought it. After about a minute a woman came out an "greeted" us by saying we did not have time to transter the title today. I mentioned they advertise being open until 6 and she shot back : "Well, I have to leave by 5:50 so we can't do it today". It wasn't her message that bothered me it was the terse way she delivered it. I can understand someone needing to leave early but the first thing out of her mouth should have been " I'm sorry, but I need to leave early today ......" I live 4 blocks from this business and I will never walk in the door again and will make it a point to let others know about the customer service this place provides…

Thanks for the Help. During a visit to AA Auto Tag and Title, I was confronted with the fact that in some circumstances, the PENN DOT requires a duplicate title to be requested directly from the Harrisburg Office. Although this was bad news representing a couple of hour drive, the nice woman running the office did give me the full story as to why in my curcumstance this might be required.
