Brought the entire Family, Food was Great !!!. Brought my entire family for dinner, really had a nice Dinner. The staff was very friendly, the food was not just pub food it was much better. The plasma TV's where great for watching a game. Great place, I will be going back.

Great dinner.
Contrary to what the last reviewer wrote, Michael Tavern does still have dinner, including dinner specials daily.
Along with their specials, there are also rib, New York Strip, and pork chop dinner platters available on a daily basis. If there is something that you see as a special one night, you can order it on a non special night and if they have it in stock they will take the time to cook it for you!! The people at Michael Tavern go out of their way to please the customer when they ask for something not specifically listed on the menu....and who the heck ever eats their pickle, anyway?!? Pickles would be EXPECTED at a deli, not a restraunt!!! Try Michael Tavern and form your own opinion as I did. I am sure you will be pleased!!

Nice Place to have a drink with a friend and maybe enjoy some wings.. The place has changed dramatically. The "original" owner has taken back charge from his very capable son and daughter-in-law. Ever since that happened it's been downhill from there. This used to be a popular place for dinner and drinks, and the best wings and ribs around. The dinner menu has been replaced by a "sandwich" menu only. Goodbye old days. Worst mistake they ever made. I do have to say it is still a nice place to have a drink and watch a game. Bartenders and staff are still very friendly. Oh one other thing. If you order a sandwich, it comes with fries and coleslaw.....no pickle....what place doesn't give pickles. Just shows you the ignorance of the management.
