Not worth the price.... Charcoal Steaks n Things just reopened recently so I figured I would give this local spot a try. It's a nice comfortable looking place. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The problem is with the food. It's just not up to par. I had ordered a burger (cooked medium). It was quite bland and cooked past medium. There was a stack of sliced deli ham slapped on top...right from the refrigerator. It was still a bit cold when I bit into it. Not the best dining experience I have had in Yardley. Perhaps this was just a singular experience. They have high school or college students in the kitchen cooking. Perhaps that is the problem...regardless, I don't want to make excuses for the food.

I may give it another shot and order another dish, but for this particular experience...It's just not worth the price. MINUS 3-stars because the kithen staff isn't getting the job done.

not good at all. Was really disappointed. Went there a couple weeks after it reopened and waited almost 45 minutes for lunch--which ended up being awful--bland, overcooked, soggy rolls, soggy fries--thrown together with zero care. (i had the chicken cheesesteak)

Service was passable--what you would expect in any diner...and the view, i have to admit is lovely. But, for the wait and the practically inedible food (which was totally overpriced for what we got), I would say this place is a waste of your time.

Inexpensive dining right on the water!. Charcoal Steaks 'N Things is one of my family's all time local favorites. With amazing home-cooked food and a great view of the Delaware River, this family-owned restaurant makes you feel as if you really are part of the family.

Ask about the homemade cakes!! They are delicious!

Grew up in area. I grew up in Yardley and always went to this restaurant with my family. I will never forget the people who served me and the dining expericance, overall. A++++++

Great steak, breakfast and etc! Thumbs up! I miss this place and the whole area. I always stop by when I am on the road. *sighs*
